What you need to purchase:

The word “FORM” refers to the holder only (the item that holds the device), a pre-packaged FORM holder is included in PED3-FORM, PED3-Auto-FORM the Naja-King-FORM, and more… FORM packages are available here in our store pre-packaged.

Instructions:

By hand you can simply form the holders fingers for a loose or tighter fit.
Some cases or skin might be tacky to the protective covers on the FORM fingers and it is perfectly acceptable to use FORM with or without any of them. Removal of the finger protective vinyl covers is not required for a custom form fit.
