I had contacted the company inquiring why the tablet screen didn't have enough tension any more to hold the iPad in the desired position any more. They suggest the adjustment screw & emailed over instructions. 5 star review for the customer service & the new adjustment screw was better than the old one has it has a rubber piece that makes the glide a lot more smooth when adjusting the iPad position.
