Warranty Coverage by Product Line

Product Line Warranty Term Coverage Description
Stabile Series 10 Years Covers structural failure, mechanical malfunction of pivoting components, or material degradation under normal use.
PED Series 3 Years Covers failure of flexible or structural components resulting from defects in material or workmanship under normal use.
EnCloz Series 3 Years Covers failure of the enclosure system, locking components, or pivoting mechanism due to material or manufacturing defects under normal commercial use.

Note: Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased directly from Thought Out or authorized resellers.


What’s Covered

  • Structural integrity issues caused by material or manufacturing defects

  • Pivoting or rotating component failure under normal use

  • Degradation or mechanical malfunction not attributed to misuse or abuse


What’s Not Covered

  • Cosmetic wear and tear, including scuffs, scratches, or surface discoloration

  • Damage caused by impact, accident, alteration, or improper use

  • Use in environments or conditions not intended for the product line (e.g., excessive exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, or industrial applications not approved by Thought Out)

  • Products not purchased from Thought Out or its authorized sellers

  • Shipping fees associated with returning or receiving warranty items

How to File a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at info@thoughtout.biz and include the following:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the affected area

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Depending on the nature of the issue, Thought Out will, at its discretion, provide a repair, a replacement, or a replacement with a comparable product of equal or greater function and value. In the event the original product is discontinued or unavailable, a similar item may be substituted.

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Upon review, we will provide a resolution that may include repair, replacement, or guidance based on the nature of the issue and warranty coverage.
